Shipping/Delivery

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email to let you know.

Tracking your order: You will receive a tracking link w/tracking number via email/text while your order is in transit.

PayPal: If your order was placed using PayPal you may receive an email update from PayPal saying "Shipped" right before your order is delivered, or during transit.  

Shipping: We proudly offer FREE shipping.

Shipping of  multiple items: As we work to assemble the most unique gift collections, they may come from various places; the United States and around the world, occasionally we ship from multiple locations. So please be rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once....the rest of your order is on its way!

Delivery: You will receive your order 7 to 21 business days from the date that your package is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it was placed. Shipping to some countries may take longer. 

(However, please make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster delivery!) If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Orders typically take 1 business day to process. Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class and may arrive in 3-5 business days but occasionally may take up to 12 days or longer. International orders are much harder to predict and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending  if they are delayed in customs. 

Based on our experience, items usually arrive before the declared delivery time, but if you have any doubts please email us at Info@ModernLemma.com and we will speed up the process for you.


Order delays: Delays can be caused for a number of reasons.  

They could be due to customs clearance, logistics hold-ups, holiday seasons, and other factors.  

Please understand that this may at times be out of our control. Please be patient, and let us assure you that if your order doesn't arrive due to any fault of our own, we will happily issue you a full refund without any hesitation.

Order deadlines: If you are planning to give any of our items as a gift, we do recommend ordering the items during the month before they are needed. Please allow plenty of time, to ensure you won't be disappointed, but please note that we are not responsible for items that do not arrive prior to a deadline.
