Where do you ship from?

As we work to assemble the best collections of problem solving products they may come from various places; the United States and around the world, occasionally we ship from multiple locations. 

I just received a shipping confirmation that didn’t include my entire order: 

Not to worry, as mentioned in the previous question, our products are sometimes located in different warehouses, and some orders may require two shipments.

How long do orders take to ship?

You will receive your order 7 to 21 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. Shipping to some countries may take longer. 

(Please, make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster delivery!) If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Orders typically take 1 business day to process. Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class and may arrive in 3-5 business days but occasionally may take up to 12 days or longer. International orders are much harder to predict and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending on if they  are delayed in customs.

Returns & Exchanges

You are welcome to return any purchase within 365 days; for any reason.

Order Modification/Cancellation: After your order has been placed, you have 3 hours to contact our Customer Support Team and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 3 hours, your order can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Refund/Exchanges: Please send us an email at; with your name, order number and a short description of why item/items are being returned. (This helps us improve our customer service)
You will receive an email with detailed information on how to return the product, along with the address for Modern Lemma Returns Department. It is very important to follow the instructions in order to get the full refund.
The product must be returned unused and in brand new condition, in the original packaging.
The return shipping cost is covered by you and will not be refunded unless a new product is chosen/or the return is due to an accepted complaint. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  
As soon as we have received your returned package we will send you a replacement item or refund payment to the same credit card used during your purchase.


Modern Lemma cannot refund in the event an order was not received due to incorrect shipping address provided during the checkout procedure, unless that order is classified as undeliverable. In the case of missing packages on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund, or send out a new package; this only applies to packages that were never delivered to the customer. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the Post Office and resolve the issue.
Modern Lemma reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
